HAARP - the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program - exists under the premise of Ionosphere Research. It sends many high-frequency radio waves to excite pieces of the ionosphere for a temporary amount of time and, you know, could possibly also create natural disasters and turn us into swastika-licking, mouth-breathing, nationalist Nazis. It is possible that HAARP is sending out radio waves at the same frequency as our brain waves (about 8Hz according to scientist Andrija Puharich) it could, invariably, alter our thoughts and brainwash us. Along with potential mental hijacking, the ELF frequencies being emitted by the HAARP towers have possibly been turned up to high levels and aimed at sensitive places in the Earth's crust - creating many of our recent earthquakes and hurricanes. All of this is perceived to be part of the Massive Mind Control Agenda (MMCA) - a government program to hack the minds of all unsuspecting people.
