HARRP: The Government Weather Machine

High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HARRP for short.  It is a massive array of dishes in Alaska, it uses a focused beam of energy to manipulate the ionosphere  there is much secrecy around HARRP; is it just benign research of the ionosphere and a to improve communications?  Or a way to exploit it and use it as a weapon or for mind control?  The answer is chilling, but true.  The united states Government has tested HARRP's potential as weapon already, it can cause an earthquake, play with the weather in another part of the world, like Haiti, or Japan Or Argentina.  Think all of last years earthquakes were nature? Wrong.  The U.S. Military was testing the weapon in preparation for WWIII.
