HAARP To Blame?

Apparently, when a phenomenon occurs that no one can currently explain, people turn their blame to unprecedented sources. Recently in Malaysia, the towns people have discovered strange noises coming from the sky that resemble the sound of someone snoring. Because they have nothing else to blame, the people have started looking towards HAARP as a possible cause of this noise. I personally see this almost as an attack on HAARP--it is vulnerable as an endeavor because of all the controversy surrounding it. While it is possible that HAARP may be responsible (either directly or otherwise) for this strange noise, it should not be the first culprit. There have been multiple natural anomalies in the past few years, and this is just another to add to the list. These accusations only push opinions of HAARP further to either side of the spectrum; one side thinks that HAARP is a powerful cataclyst, and the other believes that society has just gone mad.

If you want to hear the strange noise, the original article can be found here.
